MindStudio AI Build Specialist
Role Overview
We're looking for a MindStudio AI Build Specialist who can design and build AI agents, workflows, and automations on the MindStudio platform for our clients. You'll translate real business problems into intelligent, AI-powered solutions.
MindStudio provides access to 200+ AI models, 1,000+ integrations, and powerful tools for building everything from simple chatbots to complex multi-step automation workflows. You'll leverage this platform to deliver high-impact AI solutions that drive measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build AI agents and workflows on the MindStudio platform
- Configure and optimize AI model selection (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.) for each use case
- Build custom integrations connecting AI agents to client business tools (CRMs, databases, APIs)
- Create automation workflows with scheduling, webhooks, and event triggers
- Write custom JavaScript/Python functions for advanced agent logic
- Develop rich outputs (PDFs, reports, interactive forms) from AI workflows
- Test, iterate, and optimize AI agent performance and accuracy
- Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into AI solutions
Required Skills
- 2+ years experience building AI applications or automations
- Hands-on experience with the MindStudio platform (or strong willingness to learn quickly)
- Understanding of LLM capabilities - prompt engineering, model selection, output optimization
- Experience with API integrations and webhook-based workflows
- Basic JavaScript or Python for writing custom agent functions
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent English communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with multiple AI models (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini)
- Background in business process automation or workflow design
- Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) patterns
- Experience building chatbots or conversational AI
- Knowledge of no-code/low-code platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n)
